AIIMS Patna Recruitment 2026 – Apply Offline for 11 Superintending Engineer, Senior Analyst and More Posts

All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Patna has issued an official recruitment notification (Advt No. FTS-15070(XVII)/Deputation/2026, dated 10 October 2026) inviting offline applications to fill 11 Group 'A' vacancies on a Deputation Basis.

Eligibility Criteria & Qualification

Age Limit

• Upper Age Limit: Maximum 56 years as on the closing date for receipt of offline applications.

Basic Requirements

Applicants must be officers working in Central/State Governments, UT Administrations, or Central Autonomous/Statutory Bodies:

1. Service Requirement: Holding an analogous post on a regular basis, or having specified years of regular service in a lower pay level/grade pay as defined in the official Recruitment Rules.

2. Post-specific Qualifications:

   • Superintending Engineer: Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university + experience in relevant executive service cadres.

   • Chief Librarian: Master's degree in Science (preferably Biological Sciences) + Degree/Diploma in Library Science.

   • Senior Analyst (System Analyst): M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science/Engineering or Ph.D. in Computer Science with 15 years of relevant IT experience.

   • Other Posts: Relevant educational qualification and specified service duration as per the respective cadre rules.

Note: Existing employees of AIIMS Patna who are in the direct line of promotion for any advertised post are not eligible to apply on deputation.

Selection Process

1. Scrutiny of Applications: Applications received through proper channels will be screened for mandatory conditions, service history, and eligibility criteria.

2. Selection Committee Assessment: Evaluation of work experience, qualifications, and performance reports (APARs).

3. Interview/Interaction: Eligible shortlisted candidates may be called for a personal interaction or interview if deemed necessary by the Competent Authority.

2. Fill Details: Fill in all required fields, attach recent passport-size photographs, and write a 100-word short note on how your prior experience will benefit AIIMS Patna.

3. Enclose Documents:

   • Self-attested copies of educational qualifications and experience certificates.

   • Vigilance Clearance Certificate (in Annexure-II format).

   • Duly attested APARs for the last 5 years.

   • Comparative pay scale certificate (if working under non-Central Govt pay scales).

   • Latest salary slip.
