Eligibility Criteria & Pay Scale

Educational Qualification

• Technical Roles (Projects/O&M, Civil, BIS, GIS): Full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg) or MCA in relevant discipline.

• Finance & Accounts: CA / CMA / ICWA, or full-time MBA (Finance) / B.Com / M.Com.

• HR / Marketing / C&P: Full-time MBA / PGDM / MMS in relevant specialization.

• Upper Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), and up to 10–15 years for PwBD.

Selection and Interview

Online applications will be screened based on notified eligibility criteria. Depending on the number of applicants, candidates may undergo a single-stage or multiple-stage selection process based on marks obtained in required qualifications and/or relevant post-qualification experience. The selection process will involve an interview before the Selection Committee.
