Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualifications & Experience:

• Executive Engineer (Electrical):

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university or institute.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Electrical Engineering in the Government Sector.

• Executive Engineer (Public Health):

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or institute.

2. Service Requirement (Deputation):

• Officers holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre/department OR

• Officers with 5 years of regular service in Pay Band-3 (₹15,600 – ₹39,100 with Grade Pay ₹6,600 or Level-10).

3. Age Limit:

• Maximum Age Limit: Not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of application receipt (24 November 2026).

Selection Process

1. Scrutiny of Applications: Assessment of Curriculum Vitae, qualifications, and service records by the Selection Committee.

2. Document Verification: Verification of APARs/ACRs for the last 5 years, vigilance clearance, and integrity certificates provided by the parent employer.
