Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: MBBS degree with a Post Graduate Degree or PG Diploma in the concerned specialty from an NMC-recognized institution. Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Council is required.
Age Limit (as on 31/10/2026): Minimum 23 years to Maximum 64 years.

Selection Process & Remuneration Structure

Bid-Based Remuneration Model: Rather than a fixed salary scale, selection occurs via a facility-wise financial bidding system. Candidates can select up to 3 healthcare facilities and quote a monthly remuneration for each post (up to a ceiling of ₹3,00,000 per month).
Selection: The lowest acceptable bid (L-1) for a specific facility, provided the candidate meets the requisite qualifications, is shortlisted.
Incentives & Terms: Doctors are also eligible for performance incentives on health insurance claims processed. Engagements are purely contractual.
