Eligibility Criteria (as of April 1, 2026)

1. General Residency

Candidates must be permanent residents of Odisha.

2. Educational Qualification & Experience

Manager:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 55% aggregate marks.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years’ officer-cadre experience in commercial banks OR 5 years’ officer-cadre experience in cooperative banks / financial institutions (NBFC, DFI, Insurance, etc.).
Assistant Manager:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 55% aggregate marks.
- (Preference given to candidates with relevant banking/financial service experience).

3. Age Limit

Manager: 21 to 42 years
Assistant Manager: 21 to 32 years
Age relaxation applies: 5 years for SC/ST/SEBC(OBC)/Women/Ex-Servicemen, and 10 years for PwBD.

Selection Process & Exam Pattern

The selection consists of two stages:

Online Written Examination
Viva-Voce / Interview

Online Exam Structure (English medium):

Reasoning & Computer Aptitude: 35 minutes
Quantitative Aptitude: 35 minutes
General & Financial Awareness: 30 minutes
English Language: 35 minutes
