Eligibility Criteria & Age Limit

Educational Qualification:
- Medical qualification included in the I or II Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
- Postgraduate qualification (MD/MS/DNB) and DM/M.Ch in the respective specialty with required teaching/clinical experience as per National Medical Commission (NMC) norms.
- For DMS: Medical degree with MHA / MD in Hospital Administration or equivalent experience.
Upper Age Limit:
- Professor & Associate Professor: Maximum 60 years
- Assistant Professor & Deputy Medical Superintendent: Maximum 55 years
- (Age relaxations apply as per government norms for reserved categories and retired personnel).

Selection Process

Shortlisting: Initial screening based on academic qualifications, additional degrees, research, awards, and work experience.
Personal Interview: Tentatively scheduled for October 28, 2026.
