Eligibility Criteria & Experience

1. Age Limit (as on Nov 08, 2026)

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not exceed 63 Years as on the closing date (November 08, 2026).

2. Educational Qualification & Experience Summary

Dy. Chief / Senior Level Experts (15+ Yrs Experience): Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Mechanical or relevant engineering stream with at least 7 years experience in Metro/Rail projects.
Resident Engineers & Managers (10+ Yrs Experience): Engineering degree in relevant discipline with 5–7 years experience in Metro/Rail projects.
Section / Site Engineers & BIM Engineers (6–8 Yrs Experience): Engineering Degree or Diploma in relevant branch with 2–4 years experience in specific domains (SCADA, TVS, AFC, QA/QC, E&M, BIM).
Team Secretary (3 Yrs Experience): Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.) with 3 years secretarial/administrative experience supporting project directors/team leads.

Selection & Assignment Process

Document Verification & Scrutiny: Preliminary screening based on uploaded educational, experience, and age documents.
Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed based on technical knowledge, project experience, and interpersonal skills.
Client Approval (CV Assignment): Following interview qualification, the candidate's CV is submitted to the client for final approval prior to engagement letter issuance.
