Post-Wise Vacancy & Eligibility Criteria

1. Teaching Posts

  • PGT (Physics) – 01 Post (Contractual)

    • Qualification: Master’s Degree in Physics/Relevant subject with minimum 50% marks AND B.Ed. from an NCTE-recognized institution.

    • Age Limit: 21 to 50 years.

    • Pay: ₹57,120/- per month (Consolidated).

  • TGT (Mathematics) – 01 Post (Contractual)

    • Qualification: 4-Year Integrated Degree (or Graduate) with 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry/Electronics/CS/Stats + B.Ed. + CTET / STET qualified.

    • (Note: Candidates with B.Sc. Hons in Physics or Chemistry are not eligible for TGT Maths).

    • Age Limit: 21 to 50 years.

    • Pay: ₹53,880/- per month (Consolidated).

  • TGT (Social Science) – 01 Post (Contractual)

    • Qualification: Graduation/Post-Graduation in relevant subjects with 50% marks + B.Ed. + CTET / STET qualified.

    • Age Limit: 21 to 50 years.

    • Pay: ₹53,880/- per month (Consolidated).

2. Non-Teaching & Support Posts

  • Lower Division Clerk (LDC) – 01 Post (Contractual)

    • Qualification: Class 10th (Matriculation) pass + Typing speed of at least 40 wpm + Proficiency in computers (MS Office, Internet).

    • Age Limit: 18 to 50 years.

    • Pay: ₹23,880/- per month (Consolidated).

  • Office Superintendent – 01 Post (Contractual)

    • Qualification: Graduation degree with 5 years experience in a supervisory post (or 7 years as UDC) in Govt/Educational institutions + fluency in English.

    • Age Limit: 18 to 50 years.

  • Quarter Master – 01 Post (Regular)

    • Qualification: B.A./B.Com. with 5 years experience as Quarter Master/UDC stores (or Ex-Servicemen JCO with 10 years experience).

    • Age Limit: 18 to 50 years.

    • Pay: Level-5 (7th CPC Pay Matrix, Base ₹29,200 + allowances).

  • System Administrator (IT Hardware & Networking) – 01 Post (Contractual)

    • Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc/Diploma in CS/IT/ECE OR 10+2 with 1-Year Diploma in Computer Hardware & Networking.

    • Age Limit: 18 to 50 years.

  • Ward Boy – 02 Posts (Contractual)

    • Qualification: Class 10th (Matriculation) pass with fluency in spoken English.

    • Age Limit: 18 to 50 years.

    • Pay: ₹21,600/- per month.

  • Mess Manager – 01 Post (Contractual)

    • Qualification: Class 10th pass + Diploma/Degree in Catering + 5 years relevant experience.

    • Age Limit: 18 to 50 years.

  • PTI cum Matron (Female) – 01 Post (Contractual)

    • Qualification: Recognized Diploma in Physical Education. Must understand/speak Assamese, Hindi, and English.

    • Age Limit: 18 to 50 years.

  • Band Master – 01 Post (Contractual)

    • Qualification: Potential Band Master/Band Major/Drum Major course from AEC Training College Panchmarhi (or Navy/Air Force equivalent).

    • Age Limit: 18 to 50 years.

  • Horse Riding Instructor – 01 Post (Contractual)

    • Qualification: Matriculation pass with experience as an instructor in a riding club/racecourse. Ex-servicemen preferred.

    • Age Limit: 18 to 50 years.

Selection Process

The selection will be conducted in three sequential stages:

  1. Written Examination: Shortlisted eligible candidates will be called for a written screening test to assess subject/technical knowledge.

  2. Skill Test / Class Demonstration:

    • For PGT / TGT Posts: Class teaching demonstration.

    • For Non-Teaching Posts (LDC, System Administrator, Ward Boy, etc.): Computer typing test, practical trade/skill test.

  3. Personal Interview: Final evaluation stage for qualified candidates.

  2. Fill out the application form completely, attach a recent passport-sized photograph, and enclose self-attested copies of all mark sheets, certificates, and experience documents.

  3. Enclose the original Demand Draft (DD) of the required fee.

  4. Mention on the top of the envelope:
