Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification (Any one route):

  • Option A: Diploma from NIS (or equivalent degree/diploma) OR 6-month coaching course from Sports Authority of India (SAI) + minimum 1 year of coaching experience.

  • Option B: C.P.Ed. / D.P.Ed. / M.P.Ed. qualification.

  • Option C: Class 12th (HSC) pass with National or State-level participation in the relevant sport, OR 2 years of coaching experience. (Medal winners at National/State levels receive preference).

• Age Limit: Maximum 50 years.

3. Complete the User Registration using your email and mobile number.

4. Log in and fill out the personal, educational, experience, and sport-wise details.

5. Upload your recent photograph and signature in the prescribed file sizes.

6. Review, click Confirm, and take a printout of the generated application form for document verification.

• Class 12th (HSC) Marksheet & Certificate: Mandatory for candidates applying under Route 3.

• Professional Qualifications:

  • NIS Certificate or 6-month Sports Authority of India (SAI) Coaching Course Certificate.

  • OR C.P.Ed. / D.P.Ed. / M.P.Ed. degree/diploma certificates.

• Equivalence Order (If Applicable): Official notification or order proving equivalence if claiming a qualification equivalent to NIS.

• Grade Conversion Certificate: Official university standard formula/certificate for converting grade points (CGPA) to percentage if mark sheets contain grades.

3. Sports Participation & Coaching Experience

• Sports Participation / Achievement Certificates: Certificates proving participation or achievements in the relevant sport at the National, Inter-University, or State level.

• Medal Certificates (High Priority): Original medal certificates at State or National levels (medal winners receive preference during selection).

• Coaching Experience Certificates: Official experience certificates issued by recognized institutions, academies, or schools proving 1–2 years of coaching experience in the specific discipline applied for.

4. Miscellaneous & Category Certificates (If Applicable)

• Caste Certificate: Reserved category certificates issued by the competent authority of Gujarat state.

• Professional Registration: Registration certificate if applicable to the discipline/qualification, valid on the date of application.
