Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

Finance Discipline: Qualified CA or CMA from ICAI / ICMAI.
HR Discipline: Full-time MBA (Specialization in HRM/HRD) with minimum 60% marks OR Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management / IR / Labour Welfare / MSW / MHROD with minimum 60% marks.

Selection Process & Application Fee

Selection Method: Personal Interview. Candidates must score at least 50% in the interview to be empanelled.

THDC Important Instructions

Internship, Training, Apprenticeship, and Teaching Period will not be counted as experience.
All qualifications must be regular and full-time from Indian Universities/Institutes recognized by AICTE or appropriate statutory authorities.
Candidates working in Govt./PSU must forward applications through proper channel or produce a "No Objection Certificate" at the time of Personal Interview.
Candidates employed with Government Departments, PSUs, or Autonomous Bodies must submit a relieving letter from their current organization at the time of joining.
Private sector candidates must mandatorily submit Form 16 for FY 24-25 and FY 25-26 along with a CTC certificate in the prescribed format (Annexure A).
Candidates must bring a valid photo ID to the interview; photocopies are not acceptable.
