1. Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – FME: CA/MBA/PG Degree/Diploma in Management with specialization in Finance from a recognized University or Institution in India or overseas. CFA/FRM added advantage. More than 20 years experience in fund management including Infrastructure Fund Management.
2. Chief Investment Officer – FME: CA/MBA/PG Degree/Diploma in Management with specialization in Finance from a recognized University or Institution in India or overseas. CFA/FRM added advantage. More than 20 years experience in investments with strong deal track record in infrastructure or real assets.
3. Compliance Officer – FME: CA/CS/MBA/Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management with specialization in Finance (regular full time). Additional preferred: LL.B. or certifications in compliance/risk management. 8 years experience in compliance, legal, or company secretarial roles.
